Direct calls with me
One on one. Your deals, your market, your money. Calls run [CALL_CADENCE].
Inner Circle with Alex
Direct access to me while you're actually making the decision. The same numbers-first system my business partner and I use to buy, remodel, rent, and refinance rentals in Lawton. You run it. I'm in your corner.
Application only, and I read every one myself.
That's our own portfolio. It's not a prediction of your results.
Sound familiar
YouTube, the free Portfolio Lab, and a big room of investors are genuinely useful. Then you hit the part where the answer depends on your numbers, your market, and your money. That's where most people stall.
You know what BRRRR stands for. You could explain the 75% rule. The first offer still hasn't gone out.
The ARV looks right. The rehab looks right. You'd feel a lot better if someone who has done hundreds of these looked first.
You don't know what to fix, what to skip, and what the appraiser will actually care about.
DSCR, seasoning, LTV, what the lender wants to see. You'll find out on the deal. That's an expensive way to learn.
You ask a question and get ten opinions. What you need is one operator who knows your whole situation.
Buy more, fix what you have, sell one, hire help. Chasing door count is not a plan.

Who you'd be working with
I'm Alex Vislosky. I'm a real estate investor and a founding partner of Red River Title Co.
You'll hear me talk about Antonio a lot. Antonio George is my business partner. We met as D1 wrestlers at the University of Oklahoma, and we started buying real estate together while we were still on the team. The banks turned us down. So we built our own system for finding, funding, fixing, renting, and refinancing houses in Lawton.
That system grew into rentals, wholesaling, and a title company. I document the whole thing in public on YouTube and in our free Portfolio Lab. The wins, the evictions, the deals we walked away from. I'd rather make it boring and get it right than make it exciting and get it wrong.

Where this sits
You still do the work. You find the deal, run the rehab, sign with the lender, and own the house. The difference is you're not guessing. I'm on your deals with you.
One on one. Your deals, your market, your money. Calls run [CALL_CADENCE].
Send the property before you commit. We go through purchase, rehab, ARV, and rent, and you get a straight answer. Sometimes it's walk away.
The 75% all-in check, rehab scope, comps, DSCR refi sizing, and what happens if the appraisal comes in low. You learn to run it yourself.
First rental or next five. We map capital, financing, market, and sequence so every deal sets up the next one.
Deals don't wait for your next call. Send the question when it comes up and you get [MESSAGING_SLA].
Contractors, property management, when to hire help, and how to fire yourself from your portfolio before it owns you.
How it runs
Tell us where you are. Capital, timeline, what you own, what's stuck. If it's a fit, we get on a call. If it isn't, you'll hear that too.
We build your plan. Which market, what kind of house, how you'll fund it, and the order your next moves should go in.
You find properties. We underwrite them together until you can make the call yourself. Deal or no deal.
You buy, rehab, rent, and refinance. We review each checkpoint so small mistakes stay small.
Fit
Being blunt now saves us both a call.
The work, in public
No invented student wins here. This is my own work and the way I teach it for free. If this is how you want to think about rentals, the Inner Circle is where I apply it to your deals.
01 · Origin
Antonio and I were two college wrestlers with no lending history. Instead of waiting on a bank, we built our own way to find, fund, fix, and rent houses in Lawton. That turned into rentals, wholesaling, and Red River Title Co.
What I took from it: you don't need permission. You need a system you can repeat.
I want a fast yes or no before anyone falls in love with a house. The free Portfolio Lab has a whole module and calculator on it. Here's a simplified version of the all-in check against 75% of the after-repair value.

03 · Operator lens
I keep coming back to the unsexy part. More doors isn't the goal. A portfolio that runs without you is. I hired an assistant at 22, and I've shown what it actually cost me to stop working in my own business.
In the Inner Circle, that's the lens on your next move. Not how many. How well.
Deals broken down in public
Real buys, real appraisals. Including the ones that went sideways.

FAQ
The Portfolio Lab is free and it's good. It has the full BRRRR course, calculators, a weekly live Q&A with Antonio and me, and around 1,870 investors. It teaches and reviews at scale.
The Inner Circle is one on one. I know your capital, your market, and your deals, and I work through them with you. It's application only, so the time actually goes to you.
You also get access to the Portfolio Lab as part of the Inner Circle, so you keep the course, the calculators, and the weekly live Q&A too.
With DFY, my team finds, remodels, and rents the property. You own it and you don't do the work. That's the right move if you have capital and no time.
In the Inner Circle, you do the work. You learn to find, underwrite, and run deals yourself, with me advising. DFY client stories like Andy and Nick are DFY results, not Inner Circle results.
If you want DFY later, Inner Circle members get lower rates on it.
No. That's DFY. Here, you buy, you manage the rehab, and you own the decisions. I help you get them right. If you ever want my team to do it for you, Inner Circle members get lower rates on DFY.
You get access to the Portfolio Lab, and the Deal Room lives there. The Inner Circle itself is about underwriting and running the deals you bring.
Yes. First rental with no experience is something I teach all the time. What matters is that you're ready to act. The application asks about your capital and timeline so we can be honest about fit.
Calls run [CALL_CADENCE], with messaging between calls ([MESSAGING_SLA]). The program runs for [PROGRAM_DURATION]. There's no set price to buy online. Apply, and if it's a fit we go over everything on the call.
I operate in Lawton, Oklahoma. The underwriting, rehab, and refi logic travels. Your market's prices, rents, and rules are yours to know, and we'll talk through how to check them.
No. This is mentorship and consulting from an operator. It is not financial, legal, tax, lending, or securities advice. Talk to licensed pros for those.
No. Real estate puts capital at risk. My portfolio numbers are mine, not yours. What we guarantee is the process. We keep working your underwriting and your plan on the calls until it's decision ready.
You do the buying, the rehab, and the owning. I'm in your corner for every call that matters.
